Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Jane's App and its AI-assisted Google Calendar management features.
Effective August 12, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Jane's App, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Jane's App for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Jane's App is an AI calendar management agent. It may connect to Google Calendar through Google OAuth to understand your schedule and perform calendar actions you request. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.
AI systems can misunderstand instructions or produce inaccurate results. You are responsible for reviewing important event details, attendee lists, dates, times, and other calendar changes.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for your account, the security of the Google account used to authorize access, and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
4. Google authorization
When you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Jane's App to access and use the Google account and Calendar information covered by the permissions presented in Google's OAuth consent flow. We use that access as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access through your Google Account settings.
You may connect only accounts and calendars that you are authorized to access and manage.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Jane's App to violate law; infringe privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights; impersonate others; send spam or abusive invitations; distribute malware; interfere with service security; gain unauthorized access; mislead attendees; or manage calendars you are not authorized to control.
6. Your instructions and content
You retain ownership of instructions and content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content and provide, maintain, secure, and improve the user-facing service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content and attendee information you provide.
7. Our intellectual property
Jane's App, its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
8. Third-party services
Jane's App depends on third-party services, including Google and Vercel. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, or terms. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's agreements and policies.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Jane's App and revoke Google access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jane's App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every scheduling need. Jane's App is not a substitute for reviewing time-sensitive or consequential calendar decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from Jane's App. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Jane's App in the preceding twelve months or USD $100.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our providers harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of Jane's App, your content or instructions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to accounts@propaganda.now.
